These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at aiperformancelab.ai and the newsletter, content, and related materials provided through it (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is operated by AI-ccelerator, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as AI Performance Lab ("AI Performance Lab," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site is a marketing site for the AI Performance Lab program, the book Future Proof by Dr. Michael Housman, and related advisory and speaking work. It includes a blog/newsletter, case studies, program descriptions, and forms for contacting us or booking a discovery call. Engaging in any of our paid programs, workshops, or advisory services is governed by a separate written agreement; these Terms cover only your use of the Site itself.
The Site is intended for business audiences. You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to use the Site or subscribe to the newsletter.
When you submit the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter, you confirm that the information you provide is your own and is accurate. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email or by emailing hello@aiperformancelab.ai. We may reply to inquiries you send, but submitting the contact form does not create an advisory, consulting, professional, or other engaged relationship until a separate written agreement is signed.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, audio, video, code, and design, is owned by AI-ccelerator, LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The names AI Performance Lab and Future Proof, the chevron logomark, and related marks are trademarks of AI-ccelerator, LLC. The book Future Proof: Transform Your Business With AI (or Get Left Behind) is sold via Amazon and is governed by the terms of sale at the point of purchase.
The Site includes links to third-party sites (Amazon, LinkedIn, news outlets cited in the blog, etc.) and embeds third-party services (Google Calendar, Google Fonts, Tailwind CDN). We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, policies, or practices. Your interactions with those third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.
The Site, the newsletter, the book, and any other content we publish are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, investment, employment, medical, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for individualized advice from qualified professionals. Outcomes from applying anything you read on the Site, including AI adoption results, productivity gains, hiring decisions, or program return-on-investment, depend on many factors outside our control, and we make no guarantees about any specific result.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or continuously available, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Performance Lab and its principals, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any direct damages arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Performance Lab and its principals, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will survive.
We may add, remove, or change features and content on the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Performance Lab regarding your use of the Site.
